For the individual, coaching is a powerful relationship with a singular purpose: to move from where you are to where you really want to be. The coaching process is about you as a whole; your values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment, and life purpose. A coach works with you to discover the deep truths about who you are, what makes you come alive, and the life purpose you were created to fulfill, then designs with you achievable, accountable goals and structures to get you moving powerfully toward that purpose. Coaching is all about pursuing and achieving your deepest dreams, discovering your life purpose, and learning to craft a fulfilling life based on the freedom of being your best self, no holds barred.

In an organizational or group setting, the objectives are quite similar to one-on-one coaching, but the skill set and approach are different. Rather than an exclusive service to one person, the coach's focus shifts from the individual to the team itself. In essence, the "team" becomes the client, and a coach brings all of their training and expertise to bear in service of that team's unique needs, goals, culture, and purpose. In group coaching, the work is designed to optimize the organizational system through transforming the culture. Old habits, norms, and perspectives are challenged. New beliefs and agreements along with new ways of being and doing business are established, not by the coach per se, but by the team itself. This level of creative commitment and ownership by the team ensures that the changes, even difficult one, remain long after the coach is gone.

Many clients choose to continue with individual, one-on-one coaching after group or organizational coaching.

Since I offer various coaching options, tailored for each client, I do not post my rates. Also, what a client pays is confidential, unless the client wishes to share it. My rates are competitive. Affordability is unique to each individual but if you or your organization isn't growing, you cannot afford not hiring me or someone to help you.

My rates are per session or bundled in packages for multiple sessions based on specific needs. I offer an exclusive email coaching option, as well. See Services and let me know if you have additional questions about my fees. Service is what you pay for but value and results are what you will get.
A Professional Life Coach is a trusted mentor who can help you identify and uncover what keeps you from reaching your fullest potential. It is a one-on-one relationship that provides a supportive and non-judgmental space to help you create what you want for yourself. You can find a Life Coach to help you strategize and acquire the tools you need to achieve your goals. It consists of steps to help you identify and reframe your thoughts and attitudes. It can also help you break negative habits, acquire new methods of identification, and take action to achieve your maximum potential!
Each session is tailored to the client and will vary based on individual needs. In the beginning, we will discuss what you are committed to accomplishing through our work together and we will begin to create a plan to achieve your goals. Periodically, I will give you assignments to help direct your progress. We will work together to acknowledge obstacles, explore alternate perspectives and celebrate successes. With the conclusion of each session, we will revisit your goals and evaluate the next steps that are needed to achieve these results.
Coaching can take you above and beyond your own personal limitations. More often than not, people try to achieve their greatest potential, but don’t even realize what stands in their way. A personal Coach can offer an unbiased and objective perspective, and can help you realize your patterns and habits. Most people experience that they are more efficient when working with a Professional Life Coach and that this provides the opportunity for them to optimize their potential and maximize their performance. Coaching can make your dreams attainable because you are given relentless support and encouragement along the way.
While the coaching I provide can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Coaching is distinct from traditional therapy because it is not designed to address psychological issues. While emotional issues may arise, the primary focus of life coaching is to help you identify your goals, achieve them, and develop constructive habits and skills. There is little emphasis placed on the past with coaching, but instead the focus is on creating what you want now and in the future.
I require a 24 hour notice to cancel a session. Please be sure to contact me if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged for the session.
If a session is cancelled 24 hours in advance, a full refund is given. If a coaching package is purchased, the services provide are prorated and a refund is given. Services may be placed on hold for an indefinite period of time or even transferred to another individual.
To experience the effectiveness of a coaching program, I suggest clients make an initial three-month commitment. At the end of the three months, we will evaluate progress and discuss options for continued coaching. Sessions may be purchased individually without the three-month committment.
What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with anyone, unless you provide written permission to do so, for personal reasons. An example would be in relationship coaching, giving permission to share information with a partner. However, our discussions are not privileged for legal purposes. The privilege of confidentiality that exists for the clergy, therapists and attorneys is not granted to coaching professionals. That said, life coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.
My role is to support and assist clients in reaching their goals, but their success depends primarily on their own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. I cannot and do not guarantee clients will attain a particular result. Results vary by each individual.
Coaching works for several reasons:
  • The synergy between coach and client creates momentum. (This is why I require an introductory session first to see if we are a match for each other. It won’t work if we are not.)
  • Better goals are set — ones that naturally pull clients toward their goal and not goals that require them to push themselves to the goal.
  • Clients develop new skills, and these skills translate into deeper peace and a more fulfilling life.
Payments are made in advance of each session. If a client purchased a package, payments are due 30 days from the initial payment.

I accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. Checks can be mailed to me. Please allow seven (7) business days for processing. Sessions do not begin until payments have been cleared.
I can always be contacted through my secure contact form or email. Ask away, and I will answer. Whether I am online or not, you can also use my chat system, located on the bottom right, illustrated by the "AW" circular icon. I am notified immediately of any incoming messages.
