Answering this question is how the journey to our destiny begins.
A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life.
Create a vision board of affirmations, to gain clarity and to help focus on your goals. It is YOUR vision and YOUR creation. If you wish to use a wall in your bedroom, home-office or the refrigerator as your “board” then by all means, do so.
Be specific and use images and/or illustrations so that anyone who sees it will know where you are headed. Most importantly, however, you will know and have visual stimulation to encourage you. Take a picture of it and make it the wallpaper for your mobile. Just go ahead and do it! If you’d like to share it with me, I’m interested in seeing it.
